    The Role at a glance:

      Financial Reconciliation and Reporting: Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and monthly journal entries. Coordinate sub-ledger closing in the general ledger (G/L) and produce financial statements.

      Sub-Ledger Integrity: Ensure accuracy of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets sub-ledgers, maintaining their integrity.

      Compliance and Improvement: Abide by safety regulations, company policies, and OHSA requirements. Promote environmental and quality standards (ISO 14001, IATF 16949). Drive Kaizen and GEAR initiatives for continuous improvement.

    You Bring:

      Requires a university degree in accounting or business administration, along with a CPA qualification.

      Minimum of three years of supervisory/management experience and three years in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of relevant government legislation.

      Interpersonal and Leadership Skills

      Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, enhancing overall operational capabilities.

    o Must have strong experience in drafting service agreements. Experience as a paralegal is strongly desired.

    Manpower Regional Operations Manager

Implementing, monitoring, and managing a consistent business development program with an extended territory to achieve predetermined expectations. Implementing, monitoring, and managing a consistent recruiting plan to attract associates with various skills for our client staffing needs. Assist in implementing procedures, policies, and practices that benefit the total franchise operations. Review and analyze regular financial and general management reports. Prepare and deliver various periodic reports for Executive Management on activities, updates, financials, and staffing. 
    Requirements for consideration:
      5-8 years of proven experience in a leadership role 3-5 years of relevant work experience - preferred in human resources, staffing, recruiting and/or related field. Minimum of 3 years sales management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field - MBA preferred. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to supervise employees consistently and effectively. Ability to manage remote employees effectively. Proven ability to execute business development targets.
