    The Tower Tech III - Top Hand is responsible for supporting the Tower Foreman in all capacities. The position requires expertise in working at heights and managing all aspects of the tower top construction activities. Focused on safety, execution, and quality control installation of various wireless tower construction projects. Wireless tower construction projects including, but not limited to, the installation, replacement, and the repair of wireless communication components per client expectations and standards. The Tower Tech III - Top Hand is expected to provide daily leadership, guidance, and actively train and promote learning for all crew members, including experienced technicians as well as new technicians to the industry. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in wireless construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidates should be able to immediately step into a Tower Foreman role when needed and be able to lead and manage a crew.

    Essential Functions

    * Lead, develop, and mentor a Team of up to 3 members.
    * Monitor all crew activities to ensure all safety practices and procedures are being followed.
    * Identify onsite hazards and potential safety concerns including supervisor notification and mitigation.
    * Demonstrated expertise in the installation of RF components including safety, rigging, and general industry knowledge.
    * Read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, and scope of work documentation.
    * Experience with installing and swapping booms and mounts, antennas, radios, cabling, OVPs or squids, and other RF components for multiple carriers.
    * Testing of new and existing equipment as needed per SOW, including sweep, PIM, and fiber testing.
    * Understand, capture, and communicate the required closeout documentation and photos for each specific carrier.

    Other Required Skills / Abilities / Attributes:

    * Minimum of 1+ years of wireless telecommunication experience is required.
    * Minimum of 1+ years of Tower Climbing experience.
    * Current competent climber and rescue certification
    * Ability to work at heights upwards of 300' +.
    * Certification and knowledge of and the ability to operate test equipment (i.e. RF sweep gear, PIM and fiber testing, AAT)
    * Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
    * Working knowledge of MS OFFICE… Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    * Able to travel and work a flexible schedule
    * Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record per company policies.
    * Able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

    Finance & ERP Specialist

    Department: Accounting/Finance

    Reporting to the Accounting Manager, we have a full-time position available for a Finance & ERP Specialist who will lead and direct all aspects related to the company ERP systems and Finance Processes within the company that impact the ERP.
    The responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
    * Responsible for finance and business operations activities of the company including (but not limited to) liaison with financial/banking associated third party vendors, insurance brokers and companies, municipal, provincial and federal level government bodies for finance, tax related issues/concerns/inquiries/submissions, ERP and other major operational software vendors
    * Work with the Company's AR&D ERP software team to develop and customize ERP
    * Support management to establish corporate financial strategies, planning, monitoring and reporting requirements
    * Lead the annual planning, monthly financial reporting and year end close processes (Accounting Manager)
    * Provide cash flow projections and variance analysis.
    * Conduct analysis of financial results, including budget to actual (margin, freight, operating expenses and overhead), interpret results for management and provide recommendations as appropriate.
    * Liaise with senior management, sales, and operations to understand and actualize corporate goals and objectives; develop projection models to provide accurate and complete budgets and forecasts.
    * Provide customer profitability and product cost analysis. Review and analyze customer pricing for product and freight for profitability.
    * Lead annual physical inventory taking, reconciliation, analysis and reporting.
    * Provide leadership and guidance, supervision of the finance team - direction, motivation, training, recruitment and selection.
    * Evaluate and advise management on the company's technology needs to meet the organization's operation and reporting requirements. Lead and direct software upgrades or system conversions.
    * Provide product, industry Software training to assist and guide the ERP Implementation process
    * Communicate effectively with Customers, Project Managers and internal Management, Company staff to ensure efficient, lean, quality processes and accounting functions
    * Deliver Wrap up Reports (ERP Customers) for engagements in a timely manner
    * Participate in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members as required
    * Other duties as assigned

    * 3-5 years of finance experience at management level
    * Demonstrated experience in leading and managing corporate financial reporting
    * Demonstrated experience with inventory processes and physical counts
    * Demonstrated leadership of a finance team
    * Proficient with IT systems including accounting software
    * Must be a strategic thinker
    * Highly organized with attention to detail and an investigative nature
