Manpower would like to speak to you about our Customer Service Representative opportunities in Santa Fe Springs, CA.



What's in it for you?

* 1st Shift Monday- Friday from 8am- 5:00pm with occasional OT on Saturdays

* Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

* Pay Rate: $17/ hr

What you'll be doing:



* Confirm schedule; and reschedule services for the customer using iRIS (company information system)

* Set sales appointments for new customers and current customers for new services using iRIS (company information system)

* Handling confidential customer and colleague information

* When necessary, contact sales/ service colleagues to respond to immediate customer concerns

* Answer simple billing questions

* Responsible for performing sales order, purchase order and warehouse transfer entries: invoicing, credit memo invoicing

* Inventory adjustments, receiving, daily sales register update, month end update and customer service duties in an efficient and accurate manner

* Answer questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders using information available form the inventory and distribution management software

* Monitor billings for accuracy and communicate with personnel to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items

* Research discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process, issue, and post credits/ debits to computer accounts as necessary

* Other duties assigned by supervisor



Who we're looking for:



* High school Diploma or equivalent (such as GED)

* 2 years of previous recent Customer Service experience

* MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/ SPANISH

* Must possess excellent listening skills

* Must be able to follow company policies, practices, and procedures

* Must be detail oriented

* Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen
