Job Description

Full Time Hours - Overtime as needed

Pay rate: $30.00/hr. - $40.00/hr. DOE

60 - day assignment (could be extended)



What you'll be doing:



Identifying and aligning human capital to organizational standards and goals through the interview and selection process as well as ongoing performance management and development

Ensuring compliance with Company established sourcing and selection policies including all related Affirmative Action initiatives

Ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws including FMLA, ADAAA, FLSA, ADEA, Wage & Hour, FDA regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act and OSHA, along with company policies at the facility level.

Advising and providing guidance to department supervisors and team leaders on best human capital management practices, including performance reviews, staff development, constructive counseling and time and attendance in accordance with Company's policies and legal requirements.

Ensuring consistent application of Company policy in all areas of the business.

Serving as a liaison between facility employees and Leadership for company policies, procedures and initiatives.

Responsible for Human Resources administration including personnel files, new hire orientation, hours worked, time-off, compensation, payroll, status change, immunization records, drug screening, workers' comp, etc.

Conducting internal audits and investigations to ensure all HR related practices and procedures are in compliance with Company's policies and legal requirements.

Provide support, training, supervision and advice to all staff on Company's HR policies and best practices.

Participate with and/or lead Safety initiatives to promote an accident-free workplace.

Ensure and maintain documents for OSHA and DOT compliance.

Provide the same level of support to any other location within the assigned marketplace (IE-on-sites, depots etc.)
