Job Description

Are you experienced Inventory Counts and Data? Are you experienced working in warehouse manufacturing environment? If you answered YES! to these questions Manpower would like to speak to you about our Inventory Assistant position in Burbank, Ca.

1st Shift 8am-5pm--Monday-Friday

What you'll be doing:



Maintain accurate stock count.

Enters data on material receipts and issues, inventory adjustments, and scrap reports in computerized systems.

Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting.

Verifies that materials are received in accordance with Bill of Material.

Works with Accounting / Shipping to resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies.

Utilizes product knowledge to assist with part numbers and cycle counts.

Prepares kits of hardware and accessories.

Replenishes stocks in automated tool vending machines.

Other related duties as assigned.

Maintain safe, clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.



Who were looking for:



2-3 years of inventory control experience.

Data Entry Experience and knowledge of a inventory system.

Forklift Experience Preferred but not required

Fluent in written and verbal English

Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 10-30 pounds

Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time

Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
