Full Time Maintenance Technician (CNC)

Manpower is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician (CNC) for a Manufacturing Facility in Lake Forest, CA.



What's in it for you:

● Full time hours

● Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm (1ST shift)

● Competitive wages starting at $30.00 + per hour (based on experience)

● Location: Lake Forest, CA

● 4 - 6 month project



What is the job:



● Responsible for the maintenance, repair and setup of CNC machines

● Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance to get machines up and running to capacity

● Communicate with supervisors and managers to inform of situations that may impact production

● Contact and interact with contractors for maintenance issues requiring outside expertise

● Compile records of equipment and machinery information to use as maintenance resources

● Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts for all machines to minimize downtime

● Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with preventive and predictive maintenance on the facilities CNC and production machinery when necessary



Who we're looking for:

● Previous Maintenance Technician (CNC) experience with a minimum of 5 years REQUIRED

● Strong CNC technical background REQUIRED

● Knowledge around autoclaves and cooling systems is A PLUS

● Working knowledge of Fidia, Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controllers

● Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical test equipment knowledge

● Knowledge of machine types: JOBS, Okada, American GFM

● Knowledge of PLC's, Drives, boards and electrical schematic reading

● Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

● Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
