What you'll be doing:
* Looking for a manufacturing manager that has strong experience in ERP/MRP
* Certified in IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001
* Facilitates the flow of work orders in order to meet company stock dates and schedules.
* Assist with daily opening and closing procedures of the factory as needed.
* Facilitate clarification of documentation for product builds.
* Monitors production related equipment so maintenance is up to date.
* Responsible for overseeing assembler housekeeping in the transformer/power supply departments.
* Assists Quality Assurance with FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and ESD (Electro Static Discharge) programs in the power supply and transformer departments.
* Assists with the interviewing and training of new power supply/transformer assemblers
* Alerts Purchasing and Operations of any shortages that affect active work orders.
* Alerts Purchasing and Operations of any floor stock requirements.
* Assists with defining and implementing the physical layout of the power supply/transformer department.
* Assists with translating for any power supply/transformer assemblers when needed/possible.
Who were looking for:
* 5 years minimum of experience as a production manager
* 3 year in aerospace field preferred
* IPC Certified/JSTD certification required
* Able to read and write in English
* Someone with great attendance and perfect punctuality.
* Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to work independently
* Able to lift to 50 pounds
* Someone with a "Yes, can do!" Attitude.
* Able to undergo a Background Check and Drug Screen
