What you'll be doing:

* Assists with daily administration of the Applicant Tracking System.

* Assists with prescreening all candidates through initial resume review and prescreen phone calls. Assists with arranging for on-site or video interviews.

* Completes on-boarding of candidates and ensures new-hire documentation has been completed in the applicant tracking system.

* Maintains tracking of contingent workers including securing and maintaining documents, as required.

* Plans and coordinates travel for relocated employees and applicants. Compiles and reports all related expenses.

* Answers phones, checks e-mails and voicemail, and relays messages accurately, promptly and efficiently.

* Processes educational, background and reference verifications. Performs and tracks audits for reporting requirements.

* Responds in a timely fashion to employment verifications, inquiries from Employment Security Department and employment inquiries.

* Compiles and enters complex data from a variety of sources to accurately prepare and maintain complex files, forms, reports and documents.

* Reviews and completes data entry in the HRIS system.

* Collaborates with team members to create effective and efficient task workflows that support departmental/company goals.

* Assists with day-to-day operations and project needs as directed.



Experience: Minimum of 2 years' related work experience in Recruiting or Human Resources Administration preferred.



Who we are looking for:

* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with different cultures and work well with individuals at all levels of the organization

* Familiar with Federal & State Employment Law and Human Resources Policies & Procedures

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Familiar with payroll, HRIS; knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems

* Proven organizational skills and detail orientation.

* Possesses strong personal initiative and a proactive approach to assigned tasks

* Able to work well in fast-paced environment and under constant deadlines

* Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)

* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
