Job Description

We are looking to bring on a sharp General Maintenance professional to our team.

What's in it for you?

* Work days: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm

* Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/DOE

* Located in Covina, CA

What you'll be doing:

* Maintaining property including, using a power washer to clean walkways, pool, and playground areas; spraying for

weeds, cleaning up maintenance room as needed

* Performing general repairs to building; preventative maintenance; basic plumbing and electrical experience

* Re-lamping light fixtures as needed

* Drilling (ex: to hang up hooks)

* Painting - wall repair touch ups, etc.

* Some mechanical experience needed

* Other duties as directed by supervisor

* PPE will be required and provided

Who were looking for:

* 1+ years' experience in a Maintenance position

* Someone who is mechanically inclined

* Someone who can lift up to 50lbs.

* Someone who can communicate effectively in written and oral language

* Someone who can provide excellent customer service

* Someone who is able to communicate on a radio

* Someone with a "Yes, can do!" Attitude

* Someone who is Bilingual - English/Spanish Preferred
