Job Description

Manpower is assisting our client to recruit for an exciting opportunity in Temp-to-hire position with a well-established company in Nevada. Do you have a BA in accounting or a minimum of 2 years of experience? Are you looking for long term employment with the opportunity for growth and advancement? If so, APPLY TODAY!

What will you be doing?

* Bill orders from other plants, summary accounts and orders that do not auto bill

* Research and solve payment discrepancies

* Process pre-pay orders

* Process credit memos

* Set up new dealers and maintain changes to existing dealers

* Track receivables and make collection calls

* Process batches to the AR and send total for the day to Corporate

* Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

* Process account payable through Oracle

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Investigate any discrepancies on invoices and/or statements

* Maintain accounts payable files

* Process freight insurance claims

* Acts as liaison between corporate and branch location

What do you bring?

* BA in accounting (preferred) or 2 or more years of bookkeeping experience

* Excellent attention to detail

* Works well in a team environment with a diverse group of people

* Customer service - the individual manages difficult customer accounting questions, responds promptly to customer needs and involving appropriate individuals within the company as needed.
