Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join thier Wholesale Sales team in Winnipeg Manitoba and fill the role of Wholesale Account Manager- Apparel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





* Solicit, research and qualify sales opportunities

* Seek out and identify growth opportunities beyond the initial acquisition stage of the journey, including retention, cross sell, and win-back tactics.

* Develops productive business relationships with current and prospective customers that build individual customer trust and confidence in the brand

* Ability to understand customer needs and concerns to help them get the job done and win their business

* Manage and maintain customer segment accounts, while increasing customer awareness through our product and service offering

* Support new and repeat sales by providing technical and logistical information in a timely and professional manner to explore for opportunities to increase revenue

* Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific solutions

* Successfully develops relationships and works collaboratively with internal departments

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing solutions to grow account base

* Support new and repeat sales by providing technical and logistical information in a timely and professional manner to explore for opportunities to increase revenue



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE





* Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar role

* Experience in the Apparel Industry is a definite asset

* Experience using B2B Ecommerce Platforms, especially NuOrder, an asset

* Able to build customer relationships - building trust and credibility quickly with prospective customers

* Self‐starter, team player, strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with tact and diplomacy throughout all levels of the organization

* Strong technical skills and high learning agility

* Organizes work and information in a well thought out manner to deliver on specific tasks and milestones to meet deadlines

* Exhibits high levels of energy and perseverance on the pursuit of established goals

* Able to travel within Canada and Internationally when required
