Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Optimize the customer experience by focusing on actively maintaining and managing relationships with current customers and deepening relationships with new customers.


Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Responsible for overseeing all Level 1 and 2 Account Managers, shop team members, and drivers.

* Responsible for taking, placing, and ensuring the proper fulfillment of all orders.

* Prepare quotes and enter orders for existing customers.

* Identify proper customer buying influences and correctly identify their site challenges, the reasons they are occurring, and Certified Slings' solutions for solving their challenges - project superintendent, foreman, purchasing, and site supervisor

* Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the customer.

* Look for, ask for, and anticipate upselling opportunities within existing accounts

* Be knowledgeable about and abide by all company policies and procedures

* Resolve customer issues as they arise to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention

* To create and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual customer reviews

* Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales related seminars, workshops, and organizations

* To provide suggestions to management regarding improvements and increased efficiencies in Certified Slings' operations

* Record lost sales in SXE. System


* At least five years of experience in industrial sales

* At least five years of experience in professional leadership development training

* At least five years of experience in team management responsibilities

* Math aptitude

* Experience in quote and proposal generation preferred

* Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Experience working with a CRM

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

* Well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player

* Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image

* Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization across diverse cultures and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
