Job Description

Our client, who is a high-technology company, bringing the digital and physical worlds closer together to create a safer world, is seeking a Accounting Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Sage accounting software and prior experience in an accounting role.

Job Title: Accounting Administrator
Location: Richmond
Pay Range: $23/hour  

What’s the Job?

Prepare Monthly Invoices: Generate and organize monthly invoices and update the Invoice Registers.
Invoice Submission: Submit monthly invoices to customers or customer portals in a timely manner.
Recording Receipts and Deductions: Record invoice receipts, bank charges deductions, and withholding taxes accurately.
Delinquent Accounts Follow-Up: Assist in following up on delinquent accounts to ensure timely payment.
Vendor Invoices and Corporate Credit Card Charges: Record and track vendor invoices and corporate credit card charges.

What’s Needed?
Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
Prior experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
Must have experience using Sage Accounting software.
Must be able to clear background check.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
