Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be part of the Accounting Department supporting Administration. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, analytical and computer skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Edinburg, TX
Pay Range: $17.00-$19.00
What’s the Job?
- Oversee reports regarding cash flow
- Ensure payments are made in a timely manner
- Maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records
- Reconcile accounts payable
- Other duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
- Accounting Associate degree required
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification preferred
- Experience working in a construction or similar dynamic industry preferred
- Valid driver's license required
