Manpower is now recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Representative to work in Tallahassee, Florida.

* Work 8 hours daily Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00PM, possible OT

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
* Primary responsibilities include posting payments and adjustments, preparing billing, and month-end reconciliations for multiple broadcast stations.
* Backing up other AR Team members and perform various accounting duties.
* Utilizing excel for monthly end requisitions on a cash sheet.
* Additionally, posting funds, transferring funds, and completing refunds.
* Working Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM, OT availability needed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE JOB?
* Must have previous in office accounting experience
* Must have Accounts Receivable experience
* Must have High School Diploma/GED, College education preferred.
* Strong computer skills, Very Proficient in Excel and various accounting software.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Available to work overtime
* This client requires all individuals to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the start date
