Manpower Tallahassee is now accepting applications for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work in the Tallahassee, Florida.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

* Working in a fast-paced work environment as an Accounts Receivable Representative serving multiple broadcast stations.

* Primary responsibilities include posting payments and adjustments, preparing billing, and month-end reconciliations for multiple broadcast stations.

* Backing up other AR Team members and perform various accounting duties.

* Utilizing excel for monthly end requisitions on a cash sheet.

* Additionally, posting funds, transferring funds, and completing refunds.

* Working Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM, OT availability needed.



WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE JOB?

* Must have previous in office accounting experience. (3 plus years preferred)

* Must have Accounts Receivable experience

* Must have High School Diploma/GED, College education preferred.

* Strong computer skills, Very Proficient in Excel

* A working knowledge of accounting functions

* Excellent organization skills

* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Available to work overtime
