Our client, in the food distribution industry is seeking an Sales Support Rep to join their team. As a Sales Support Rep, you will be part of the sales team supporting upper management. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, adaptable and willing to learn new things which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sales Support Rep
Location: Vernon, CA
Pay Rate (or Pay Range, if required): $20-24/hr.
What’s the Job?
- Researching and reconciling orders and handling financial and accounting issues like deductions and credits
- Working on our aging report and striving to keep the 30, 60 and 90 days past due deductions to a minimum
- Organizing data and other information for internal reports.
What’s Needed?
- Someone with a background in accounts receivable or payable and ecommerce.
- Someone with strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who’s skilled in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
