Job Description

Reporting to the Production Superintendent / Supervisor, this position is responsible for data entry, order entry, and clerical backup for the Service Centre division of our client. This may include coordinating and communicating office activities, reception duties, as well as shipping and receiving. Solid communication, interpersonal skills, organizational strengths and an ability to work quickly and accurately are essential skills necessary to perform in this vital position. This is a short term temporary position but could lead to longer term.



Core Duties:

* Counting Stock

* Inventory Control

* Produce work orders for the shop floor

* Close completed work orders for billing

* Customer Service

* Shipping & Receiving of material

* Verifying material with the associated paperwork

* Printing tags/labels for stock material

* Climbing on/off trucks to verify deliveries

Education/Experience:

* 2+ years of previous experience working in a similar role

* Knowledge of Google Suite considered an asset

* Able to maintain filing systems, databases, and basic diary/minutes management

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

* Excellent organizational skills
