Job Description

Our growing Vaughn client who is a leader in the financial leasing industry is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team for a one year contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years related experience and recent College/ University grads will also be considered. The following are the responsibilities: Answering all incoming phone calls (1st in line) and operating a multi-line phone system; - Greeting and assisting customers who come into the office; - Handling incoming customer service related phone and email requests (via Outlook); - Writing all cheques & logging data/ keeping accurate records; - Creating all Purolator weigh-bills and packages for couriering; - Packaging & shipping out Welcome Packages to new customers; updating the Welcome Package sales rep spreadsheets via Excel; - Assisting in ordering and sending out company mail-outs and promotional ventures when requested; - Maintaining inventory & ordering supplies when needed (including Welcome Package supplies); - Booking completed files into the company s Customer Master Database (currently on Excel); - Maintaining & updating the company s client mailing list; - Assisting with the company s portfolio management; - Any necessary data entry as needed; You must have excellent communication and organizational skills. You must also be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Salary 40k-41k depending on experience. Hours 9am-5pm with option to work from home 1-2 days a week.
