Manpower is looking for Adminstrative Assistant for an exciting client located in Selkirk, Manitoba.

What is the job?
* Exceptional customer service experience and delighting incoming and outgoing customers.
* Using SAP system, coordinate shipping and the sales team.
* Billing, invoicing
* Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records using ISO Vision (training will be provided).
* Uses computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word calendar, e-mail, and database software in performing work assignments
What do you bring to the job?
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experienced in Account payable or SAP system would be an asset
* Basic understanding of sales tax
* Experienced in customer service would be an asset
* 2-3 years' previous work experience in customer service and administrative assistant in office environment
* Computer literate with proficient skill level for Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook including Basic math skills
* Must have own transportation
