Job Description

Manpower is hiring for Admin Assistants for their Banking Client in Toronto.



Location: Toronto ( Currently WFH)

Pay rate: 20$/hr



The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.



Job Responsibilities::

- Calendar management for 4 of our Senior Directors. Notify and resolve calendar conflicts in a timely manner.

-Organize offsite meetings and virtual workshops as required for Sr. Directors.

-Expenses management support for our senior directors via the coupa platform

-Manage 3 shared mailboxes with the other Coordinator and action requests (onboarding/offboarding new employees, sorting emails, courier /equipment/packages etc.) as they come in. Manage and update organizational charts and distribution lists (in Data Priv). Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures related to the role



Top 3 must have skills:

- Have excellent calendar management skills

- Excellent at multitasking/being organized

- Quick learner and ability to work well given deadlines.
