Job Description

Donor Relations Administrative Coordinator



Location: Mostly remote. *There may be 1-2 days per month when on-site work is required



Start: Immediately

Duration: Full time contract work

Career Level: Entry level

WHAT'S THE JOB

Team member will organize, manage, and provide daily administrative and program support to ensure items are processed timely and accurately and donor needs are met.



* Process invoices according to established agreements and completed projects.

* Ensure accurate agreements are in place with finance for external partners.

* Maintain monthly financial accruals.

* Ensure and confirm timely transfer of solicitation files from print vendors to gift processing vendor as solicitations are mailed.

* Assist donor relations team with addressing donor inquiries via email and calls in accordance with Advancement expectations.

* Coordinate and submit data requests for appeals

* Performs additional job-related duties as assigned



Skills & Qualifications

* 2+ years in an office environment managing administrative tasks and projects

* Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

* Highly proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to carry out diverse administrative duties

* Experience managing administrative responsibilities in a fund raising or advancement office a plus
