Our client in Fairbury, IL is looking for an experienced, hardworking, motivated Administrative Assistant to join their team.

What will you be doing?

* Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Person will be responsible for maintaining Access databases, handling quotes and orders, payroll, AR/AP, bookkeeping in QuickBooks, hiring process, training, and other misc as needed.
