Job Description

Our growing Orangeville client who is a leader in the Real Estate market is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Operations Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years related experience in the Administrative industry and experience within Real Estate is an asset but not necessary.

We are looking for a self driven individual who can multi-task. You must be strong with client relations and administrative tasks. The following are the responsibilities:



Executive Support:

* Listing/contract creation and coordination

* Prioritizing daily to-do's and reporting daily tasks

* Client follow up

* Scheduling/managing appointments and calendar

* Managing/updating database

* Review and improve current and new action plans and client

care programs

* Daily duties and errands (vehicle is mandatory)



Client Services:

* Provide top notch service and experiences

* Client communication throughout transaction process

* Communicate with current, past and potential clients through

various channels; calling, emailing, texting, visits (when

assigned).

* Obtain client testimonials and actively seek referrals

* Organize and coordinate client care systems including events

and services



Qualifications:

* Have an insured and reliable vehicle

* 2 years experience in a customer service or assistant role

Excellent communication, planning, and organizing skills and a

keen attention to detail

* Can-do attitude and willing to learn new platforms and systems

* Ability to work independently with limited direction and oversight



Please note that there will also be responsibilities as a Personal Assistant to run some errands. You must have strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.



Hours- Mon-Fri- 8:30am-5pm

Salary- 48K-52K



Please note you will be required to work at the Orangeville office.
