Job Description

We are currently seeking a customer service focused individual to fulfill a part-time, 2-month contract in Innisfil. Your primary focus will be to respond to general inquires in an efficient and professional manner, while maintaining accurate documentation within an electronic database.



Administrative Front Desk Clerk:

* $20.00/hr

* 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

* Asap to October 21, 2021



What you'll be doing:

* Processing payments

* Incoming and outgoing mail duties

* Responding to general public inquires (in person and via telephone)

* Data entry of files into an internal database which require further investigation or follow-up

* Various admin and customer support tasks as they arise



What you offer:

* 2+ years' relevant experience (combining admin and customer contact duties)

* Exceptional people facing/client relation skills (internal and external)

* Demonstrated experience with MS Office and adept in learning customized database software

* Accurate and efficient keyboarding abilities

* Strong time management and organization skills

* Calm demeanor, responsive, maintains professionalism at all time

* A helpful "can-do" approach to work, flexibility to pivot when needed
