Our client, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Plant Administrator, you will be part of the Human Resources supporting them. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of administrative suport and procedures, knowlege of human resource and manufacturing facility which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Semora
Pay Range: 20 - 25 hr.
What’s the Job?
- Perform a variety of administrative functions in support of Plant Manager and staff and to coordinate various finiance and administrative functions.
- Performs various administrative duties.
- Maintains communication systems and office equipment
- Coordinate couriers, vendor visits and site logs
- Coordinate, prepares, and processes local purchase orders for plant purchases as indicated by diocumented procedues and release blanket purchase orders.
What’s Needed?
- Ability to work indpendently with general supervison
- Ability to perform job duties, display a can-do attitude, and interact with others effectively.
- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
- PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet, databased and presentations using Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Responsible for processing payroll, experience with UKG will be beneficial
- High School Diploma
- 2 - 4 years general office or related experience in a manufacturing facility.
