Job Description

The Agile coach role will be part of a coaching pair (technical & agile coach pair) that will help teams adopt our client's secure SDLC (SSDLC).

What's the work?

· Coach teams and team-level leaders on agile principles, behaviors and practices with ability to adapt to team needs and objectives. Advocate for change, model desired behaviors, guide people to internalize the reason for change, inspire mindset shifts, and co-create a safe environment to enable personal transformation and sustain new behaviors.

· Choose coaching interventions based on gaps identified by the SSDLC maturity assessment to build agile capabilities that enable security practices to be embedded in a team's daily work.

· Influence and execute improvements in agile coaching practices, share best known ways with the community through the Agile COE.

Must haves:

· Bachelor degree with an emphasis in MIS, business, or related field; or related work experience beyond the minimum required.

· Minimum of 2 years experience as an agile coach or scrum master

· Scrum Master or scaled agile certification or equivalent experience.

· Experience in agile and scaled agile frameworks and techniques, with the ability to be flexible and open to creating blended approaches that meet business needs and core agile principles.

· Proven ability to identify and cultivate trusting relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels.

· Must have excellent listening and observation skills with an ability to read the room, sense the dynamics in the environment, and respond by adjusting your approach on the fly.

· Hands on experience with Jira
