Job Description
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Pay Range: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
This role will focus on air booking operations positions, focused on data entry and internal email communications. They are looking for strong computer, typing skills and attention to detail, customer service and/or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory.
General Responsibilities
- Impeccable customer service
- Coordination of all aspects of the export process (including, but not limited to, billing, rate quotation, approval of vendor invoices, etc.)
- Scheduling of pick-ups daily
- Responsible for rating shipments correctly per the SOP
- Mandatory daily correspondence with overseas offices
- Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Work effectively via phone, fax, e-mail. Good planning and organization skills; ability to multitask and be a self-starter
