Fresh Imitation Crab and Lobster Packaging in Anacortes
This is a great position working in a warehouse for a company that produces high quality Imitation Quality Seafood products. You will be working alongside friendly co workers and teammates to ensure production needs are met daily. You will be working to help produce and package one of the highest quality seafood products in the PNW.
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (one day off rotating)
Days - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Nights - 5pm - 1:30am
***Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours for the week
Pay: $17.00/ hour
This is a temp to hire position, you will be considered for a permanent position. Full benefits once hired permanently.Most candidates start their assignment in the packaging department with the possibility for advancement into higher paying positions based on performance, attendance and experience.
Packaging Department
In this position you will be working around a conveyor belt and packaging equipment. This work will require constant standing, bending, kneeling, lifting etc. Some of your duties will include moving packaged product (3 oz. to 2.5 lbs), verifying codes, folding boxes as well as cleaning and sanitizing all equipment. Will be required to lift up to 35lbs.
PPE:
Rubber Boots, gloves, smock, hairnet/ beard net and hearing protection
