Our client Medical Device industry is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembler to join their team. As a Assembler you will be part of the Medical Device Operations unit.  The ideal candidate will have Assembler, Production and Machine Operation which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler 

Location: Irvine, Ca 

Pay Range: $18.00hr 

What’s the Job?

• This position includes detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery per documented procedures. 
• This may include electronic, assembly, casting, coating functions. 
• Clean tools and equipment 
•  

What’s Needed?

• Some Assembly, Production or Manufacturing experience preferred. 
• Must have good basic math skills 
• Must be able to speak, follow instructions and read and write in english.

• True Contract to Hire 
• Monday through Friday 
• Weekly pay on Friday

Job Title: Medical Device Assembler

Pay Range:$19.00

What’s the Job?

• Production of high-quality medical devices within the manufacturing cell. 
• Working under supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations. 
• Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures. 
• Ensure that the relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date. 

What’s Needed?

• Ability to handle and maneuver small components. 
• Demonstrates basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing. 
• Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures. 
• Ensure that the relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date.

Our client, a Medical Equipment Manufacturer is seeking a Catheter Assembler to join their team. As a 2nd Catheter Assembler, you will be part of the production team. The ideal candidate will use hand tools, and microscope assembly which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Catheter Assembler 
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $18/hour 
Schedule: Monday to Friday with mandatory overtime on Saturdays.
Hours: 3:30pm to 12:00am 
90 day bonus of $500
 

What’s the Job?

• Assemble medical devices using hand tools and a microscope.
• Repair, modify, or rework products, parts or issued materials.
• Perform product testing and inspections.
• Understand proper escalation and adherence to policy and procedure. 

What’s Needed?

• Must be able to read, write and interpret work instructions.
• Must have experience being a medical device assembler in a cleanroom environment.
• Experience with a proper handling of electronic components, medical devices, or electronic medical components.
• Experience using a microscope.
