Hours: Full-time, schedule may vary including weekdays, evenings or weekends



Salary: $45,000/year + Competitive commission structure

What is the job?



- Consulting with prospective students and providing advice on the right programs for their goals.



- Providing sales and product information on all programs and courses that the College offers.



- Responding to all inquiries via numerous platforms (email, text message, telephone and walk-in inquiries) and promoting the programs that the College offers.



- Overseeing the enrollment of students, providing support and encouragement, and also follow-up as required.



- Maintaining accurate student records, as well as reporting on weekly activities (such as leads, appointments, interviews, enrollment dates, etc.)



- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.



- Completing a targeted number of phone activities per day to generate minimum interview requirements for the week.



- Maintaining a standard of Enroll/Start ratio above the targeted percentage.



- Uphold integrity, ethics and professional standards as outlined by the College.



What you bring to the job?



- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with students with integrity, empathy and sincerity.



- A minimum of 2 years proven sales performance history.



- The successful candidate will be highly motivated, a problem-solver and possessing a positive attitude.



- Excellent verbal, writing and active listening skills.



- Must be deadline driven and goal-oriented.



- Proficient in Microsoft applications and computer savvy.



- Ability to manage stress and thrive in challenging situations.



- Excellent command of the English language, but a bonus if you are also fluent in a second language such as: French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Punjabi or Tagalog.
