Job Description
Our client in Palm Springs, Ca is seeking candidates who can thrive in fast-paced environments and work well within a team. As an assistant to the event coordinator, you are an essential part in maintaining vendor traffic and set-up on time and organized. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and adaptability to deliver in tight time-frames.
Pay Range: $25-$30
What’s the Job?
- Draping linen, setting seat assignments, placing decor out and packaging at the end of evening.
- Follow safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinating vendors, maintaining professional demeanor and customer service.
- Direct traffic of guests, vendors, and equipment/materials.
- All other duties assigned by Event Coordinator and leads.
What’s Needed?
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand directions (written and verbal).
- Previous Wedding and/or Event experience is Required.
- Able to lift up to 40lbs unassisted.
- Able to bend, kneel, turn, twist, and squat.
