Inbound Call Center Specialist, Athens Texas, $14
Must live in 70-mile radius of Athens, Tx
* Work from home $14/per hour - Bi-Lingual $15 per hour
* Equipment provided.
* Hard Wired internet only/Satellite internet will not work.

Looking for work from home call center position? Manpower has openings for Eligibility Specialists. As a Call Center Eligibility Support Specialist for the state of Texas, you will provide customer service via phone to clients regarding various Texas Health & Social Service Programs, including Medicaid, SNAP, and CHIP. Equipment will be provided, but must be picked up in Athens, Tx.
What You will be Doing:
* Work (remotely) an 8-hour schedule between 8am-6:30pm Monday through Friday FULL TIME
* Adhere to privacy rules set forth by the program
* Track and document all inquiries in system
* Manage your workload to resolve claims cases in a timely manner
What you bring to the Job:
* Customer Service Experience
* Speak and read English fluently; Spanish as second language is welcomed
* Type 20 WPM/data-entry experience/proficient with MS Office, Internet
* High School Diploma/GED
