Job Description

Manpower is Hiring Bilingual Customer Service Associates specializing in Chinese and Russian Languages.. We are looking to start staffing Bilingual call center associates to work the New York City Medicaid project. This is a call center and outreach-based program that provides information about the different health plan options New Yorkers with Medicaid have access to.

The call center is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-8:00pm and from 10:00am-6:00pm on Saturdays, Potential associates have to be flexible and commit to training for 30days with no call outs. Associates will need to speak different languages, see below for languages needed.

Rates Are between $15-$16.50 per hour.

Chinese- $16.50

Russian-$ 16.00

Note*** this role will be remote from home until the pandemic is over. It will be assessed come September. The office is located in Manhattan. Associates must be able to work from home, have Windows 10 desktops/PCs and private work space.

What is the job?

Job Title: Call Center Representative (Client Service Representative)

Work Location: New York, New York 10005

Call Center Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 8:00pm, and Saturdays 10:00am to 6:00pm

Duration: Temp to Perm

Salary: $15 - 16.50 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

*Responds to enrollment services calls, provides responses to questions, mails information in response to request, and refers callers in the event of problems or concerns.

*Assesses client's health care needs and assists clients in enrolling/disenrolling in health plans.

*Receives and sorts enrollment/disenrollment forms.

*Assists or performs mailroom functions, when assigned.

*Some Saturday work is required.

*Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the performance criteria.

*Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or Management.

What do you bring?

*At least 2 years of relevant work experience

*Type a minimum of 35 words per minute

*Self-motivated individual

*High School Diploma or equivalent required

*Bilingual required, fluent in one of the following languages:
