Job Description

*This is a permanent, direct hire position with full benefits.

As the Sales Account Manager you will:

 Represent the organization and develop business in the MD/VA/WV/DC area

 Address company goals by increasing market shares and meeting or exceeding budget targets

 Identify sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients

 Develop new leads within the industry

 Provide forecasting feedback to management personnel to align goals with market demands

 Support marketing efforts

 Increase customer awareness of product potentials and professional applications

 Work closely with Project Managers to ensure appropriate timelines and assist change orders

 Work collaboratively with design engineers to match the client's customized needs

 Attend weekly Production meetings

The ideal candidate will:

* Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Audio/Video or equivalent experience

* Have a general understanding of audio video equipment and design

* Have 3 or more years of direct sales or business development experience

* Proven sales success history

* Experience with professional office, faith-based and arts/entertainment industry clients

* Have exceptional communication and presentation skills

* Be customer-centric and invested in building and maintaining business relationships

* Have a hunger for new business and be driven to pursue excellence

* Be able to successfully self-manage with integrity and stay connected with the inside team

* Be proficient in MS Office suite and a CRM software

This position offers:

 Starting base salary of $55,000/year with unlimited commissioned earning potential (First year earnings of $80k+ predicted)
