What is the Job?

. Responsible for balancing taxes credited daily to the tax suspense account and ensure it is balanced with the tax reporting.

. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints

. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages

. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities

. Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports

. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems

What Do You Bring to the Job?

. highly analytical, accurate (as majority of the work is manual) & a quick learner

. solid work ethic (dependable and accountable for work done)

. proficient in VBAs, MS Access and Macros + advanced Excel skills

. excellent English communication skills

. able to handle large data (approx. 199,000 transactions)

. can handle long work hours (may include weekends)
