Job Description
We are currently looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Technical Support Agent for one of our client in the IT industry.
What would you be doing?
Provide customer support to client via all incoming support channels - Example: via telephone, email, chat and web channels. The type of request/inquiries can be for access requests, software updates, password resets, printer connections, VPN issues or any other situation that may arise when the client has to use a computer for work.

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of system resources and allocation
Professional work attitude, ability to learn
Proficient in demonstrating ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures (e.g.HELP DESK Knowledgebase Tool)

Working schedule: Must be available for all type of shifts (night, day)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
1 year contract to begin with!
