Job Description

Manpower is looking for Bilingual French-Customer Service Representatives (Work from Home)- $20.00HR



These positions require reliability clearance which is a must (Must already have a PERC Clearance or be willing to obtain one)

* Shifts in between 7:00AM to 10PM (EST)

* Customer Care solutions according to the Service Level Agreements and the Company quality and quantitative standards, by ensuring that customer care needs are resolved in a timely fashion

* Assisting with inquiries from client subscribers with their plans and insurance services

* You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while exhibiting a calm and professional manner

* You have exceptional technical capabilities, research skills and your attention to detail is always a priority

* Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices

* You are confident in your ability to learn and apply information quickly

* Previous experience in a contact center environment would be considered a tremendous asset, however, not required

* Previous experience of government services would also be an asset



What Do You Bring to the Job?



* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Strong hold of communication skills in English

* Strong communication skills in French is a must.

* Minimum of 30-35WPM with 90% accuracy

* Superior experience in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Previous customer service experience is preferred.

* Able to pass a background check

* Must have reliability security clearance

* Must have fast internet connection (100 mbps required)

* Will start January 2021
