Job Description

Recruiting Bilingual Customer Service Representative for one of the leading Banks in Canada.

What is the job?

* Providing accurate and professional service to clients by telephone or email

* Resolving client queries by creating tickets for each email and phone call

* Assigning tickets to developers and following up on resolved queries to close outstanding tickets

* Analyzing reports produced from system to determine and locate any discrepancies

* Processing client service requests according to established guidelines

* Creating and maintaining computer records on all systems to ensure accuracy of client information

What do you bring to the job?

* 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

* Prior customer service experience

* Ability to communicate proficiently in French & English (both written & verbal)

* Tech-savvy individual with strong computer and writing skills
