Job Description

We are currently looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Rep? As a virtual customer service representative, this opportunity allows you to stay at home, while continuing to use your skills and earn a steady income.

What is the Job?

* The candidate is primarily responsible for providing Customer Care solutions according to the Service Level Agreements and the Company quality and quantitative standards, by ensuring that customer care needs are resolved in a timely fashion.

* Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service in a outbound customer contact environment

* Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices

* Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns

* Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements

What Do You Bring to the Job?

* Availability to work a scheduled shift any time between Monday to Friday 7:30AM EST- 10:00PM EST and Saturday and Sunday 7:30AM EST - 7:00PM EST

* 1 year of experience in telephone customer service

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Language: English and French

* Internet Access

* Active Reliability/Security Clearance
