Job Description

Manpower is hiring for one of its leading banking clients to join the team as Bilingual Help Desk Analyst in Montreal.



What's in it for you?

* $24 per hour - 6 months Contract

* In office-training and once training is done day to day in office

* From Sunday to Saturday: 8am-9am-shift work (schedule will take place as per business needs-Not rotational)

* Potential for permanent

* Location: 129 Rue Saint-Jacques, Montreal



What is the job?

* Provide response to customer questions received via inbound telephone calls.

* Direct point of contact for bank customers who hold small business credit card.

* Responsible for providing customer information on balance, transactions on account, increase limit inquiries.

* Directing calls when needed to alternate departments.



What do you bring to the job?

* Previous call center experience

* Bilingual French/English is necessary to this role.

* Strong oral and written communication skills, including solid interpersonal skills -especially "Listening Skills."



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

* High School / higher
