Job Description

As a Service Centre Representative, you'll support our associates, clients and field staff with problem resolution and direction to provide an exceptional experience with Manpower. You'll interact via phone, chat, and email to help them resolve any issues they may have and educate them on how to optimize their experience by resolving their questions with one call - helping them in the moment and providing insight on how to avoid repeated issues. You will have the opportunity to work an ambitious, exciting team to help deliver an outstanding experience on each and every interaction.



What You Will Do:

* Have a consultative approach to understand the caller's pain points and suggest a solution approach to "WOW" them.

* Be a Manpower process expert to provide one call resolution knowledge sharing

* Working in a team-centered environment where continuous learning and experimentation is your day-to-day



Who You Are:

* Fluent in French and English, verbal and written

* 1+ years experience in customer service or business-to-business client support

* Learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one.

* Passionate about helping customers find a resolution to their problems

* Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

* Adaptable to work in a changing environment and to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your work style

* Motivated to handle a high volume of inbound volume each day leading to positive client outcomes
