Job Description

Recruiting for Bilingual Personal Banker position for a leading Canadian Bank.



The role is accountable to manage all customer service inquiries received by phone calls and emails.

What is the job?

* Providing accurate and professional service to clients by telephone or email

* Handling navigation queries in system

* Responding to calls and emails in timely manner

* Performing required administrative tasks for clients

* Resolving client queries related to account access

* Processing client service requests according to established guidelines

* Following established procedures in all communications with clients - by phone and/or email - to ensure that compliance requirements are met for all scenarios

* Creating and maintaining computer records on all systems to ensure accuracy of client information



What do you bring to the job?

* Bilingual in French & English

* 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

* Customer service experience, as client experience is the heart of everything we do!

* Communicating concisely with professionalism via phone and email

* Tech-savvy individual with strong computer and writing skills

* Previous experience in financial institution

* Salesforce experience is an asset
