Bilingual Recruiter - Contract to Hire

What does a Recruiter do?
• Drive candidate and client satisfaction and loyalty by matching top talent to great work opportunities
• Recruiting - Attract, engage, market, assess and employ candidates
• Hiring - onboard, coach, discipline, advance and terminate associates
• Create a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs
• Build relationships with clients to gain clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs to find quality candidates and fill openings quickly
• Process applicant and associate records efficiently and accurately in compliance with HR regulation
• Compile reports and data from HR systems and databases timely and accurately
• Likes to have fun, work hard and contribute to the office team
Do you have what it takes? We are looking for:
• One to three years of recruiting, human resources and customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Positive attitude with an “own the role” mentality
• Eagerness to work with a team in a professional office environment and have fun!
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
