Manpower is currently hiring for Business Analyst for our banking client in Toronto

* $20.50 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay

* Paid weekly, every Friday

* Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Hybrid model



* 12 Months contract with the possibility of extension



JOB DESCRIPTION



-Prepare swift/non-swift transactions for reporting to FINTRAC/Fintrac report data enrichment

-Analyze payments to ensure data quality and facilitate STP processing

-Perform quality assurance on operational processes.



KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 University degree with specialization in finance or a closely related field

 Prior experience working with various statement reports (Performance, Gain/Loss, Fees)

 Knowledge of Wholesale/Brokerage Operations and/or brokerage industry (i.e. RESP, RRIF and/or RRSP products, related regulations, procedures and CRA guidelines)

 Enrolled in courses and/or pursuing CSC or IFIC certifications

 Must have excellent interpersonal skills

 Proven leadership, coaching and people management skills sufficient to motivate a workforce faced with significant change


