Job Description

Manpower is currently hiring for Business Consultant- Senior for our banking client in Toronto



WHAT IS THE PROJECT YOU WILL WORK ON: The Finance and Enterprise Strategy group provides financial services to client's businesses through effective governance and decision support processes to enable client's core purpose: to help make our clients' ambitions a reality. These services include corporate strategy, financial, management and regulatory reporting, maintenance of accounting records, financial analysis and planning, tax planning and compliance, global sourcing and payment processing, regular reviews of business line performance, liaison with client's investors and enterprise strategy. The group is also accountable for Treasury including Taxation, Liquidity Management, Capital Management, Treasury Analytics, Secured Funding, Unsecured Funding.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Identify change impacts and risks, and maintain risk register for overall optimization initiatives

· Lead and collaborate the communication for employee engagement and culture, responsible for the design, implementation of integrated actions that will influence the mindset and behavior changes in support of overall organization performance.

· Increases engagement and adoption of new processes and procedures with communication and development activities through the creation of enhanced & future-focused initiatives and program design.

· Strategically leverage both internal and external data sources to advise LOBs on the best strategies for improving the performance of their teams and overall culture.

· Build a strategy to reinforce culture change and enhance our technical and business skills.

· Develop innovative, leading-edge education initiatives for all engagements

· Lead and implement a program of knowledge; identify employee experience or operational roadblocks/opportunities and resolve them through actionable recommendations in conjunction with business partners

· Provide internal data insights and benchmarking to business partners on employee experience areas related to the education of process optimization.

· Manage and monitor effective governance of all process optimization initiatives across Finance Modernization



Must Haves:

· 5+ years' experience with business writing, presentation development and communications in Change Management

· Strong experience writing for a number of different mediums including web, print, and marketing communications

· Proficient in MS Office suite

· Experience supporting senior management teams



Nice to have:

· Prosci Change Certification is a strong asset

· SAP Implementation experience is a strong asset

· Post-secondary degree in Communications, or an affiliated degree program

· Financial services experience
