Semiconductor Senior Buyer Manager



Responsibilities



Lead and develop a highly talented supply chain leadership team by providing direction and guidance as well as setting clear performance expectations and coaching for excellence



Work with senior leaders to accomplish organizational goals



Collaborate with other divisions such as field operations and finance to drive cross-functional alignment



Lead team to identify opportunities to develop, improve or simplify processes, guidelines and policies for effective supplier management practices, order fulfillment, inventory management and logistics activities



Build and develop relationships at the executive level with suppliers and partners to ensure contractual commitment, alignment and accountability



Lead team members' professional growth and development to ensure each individual's competencies are aligned with organizational goals and objectives



Qualifications:



10+ years of supply chain management experience on a global scale



5+ years of building, leading, and developing teams



Proven ability to define expectations in ambiguity and influence change at all levels within an organization



Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask



Strong verbal communication skills with demonstrated abilities to engage and influence senior executives



Strong negotiation skills - able to forge strong relationships and maintain credibility internally and with suppliers
