Job Description

Our client, an equipment manufacturer in Davis California is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist you will be part of the Manufacturing Team supporting manufacturing and machine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and skills to do maintenance and repair on CNC manufacturing equipment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Davis, California

Pay Range: $31.25 - $42/hour  D.O.E.

What’s the Job?

• Operating CNC Machines
• Achieving required tolerances by adjusting offsets and monitoring tool wear.
• Maintaining the machines and equipment, adding oil, grease, coolant, and replacing filters. 
• Cleaning up machines, equipment and work area.
• Assembling the machined parts. 

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma
• Experience in accurately setting up parts on fixtures to machine high precision components.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, positive attitude, strong sense of self-motivation, pride, accountability.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensions, tolerances.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
