Job Description
Our client is looking for 4 Service Representatives to join their team in Mississauga.

Details:
Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
Pay rate: 14/h+4% vacation pay
Hours:7am - 8pm (flexibility in hours - working hours 7.5/day - candidates will be on rotation every two weeks)
Typical Day in Role:
-Upload client documents to general document housing so employees at the bank can accept business documents on shared platform
-Index up to 95 cases on Pega to appropriate teams
-Index up to 10 EFC cases
-Manage the daily monitors of emails, scanning process and incoming workflow
-Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
-Perform other related duties as assigned
Must Have Skills/Requirements:
1) Customer Service Experience - 1+ year
2) Ability to function and operate computer and systems (Windows, Outlook, Microsoft, PDFs)

Nice to Have Skills:
-Previous Bank Expereince
-Experience working with Pega
-Expereince working with AS400
-Bilingual (French and English)
