Job Description

Manpower is looking for a motivated individual to fill an assembler position for one of its clients located in Wake Forest



Work Week, Monday - Friday 7:30A.M.- 4:00P.M.



Responsibilities



Assist and direct in the building of cable harness assemblies for prototype, production final

Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools

Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements

Construct wire harnesses using appropriate connectors and wire sizes along with proper crimp

solder and assembly techniques

Assist with area efficiency improvement projects

Use electrical test equipment but not limited to digital multimeter, power supplies, signal



Requirements



Must be able to read, write and speak English

Must be able to use hand tools / power tools

Must be able to read and understand work instructions and schematics

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions

Must be able to recognize different colors



Physical Requirements:



Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel

May sit and stand for prolonged periods

May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull, or do fine manipulations

Ability to lift medium to heavy weights up to 50 lbs.
